“Rob became a trustee of Collections Trust in 2017, bringing his deep and wide governance experience to the board of our small, but influential, charity that helps museums work with the information that connects audiences and collections. 

 

Rob has been a proactive member of our collegial board, including acting as board co-champion for dynamism, bringing his knowledge of charity leadership and governance to the work of the board and our Audit Committee, and contributing to board recruitment. He has championed Collections Trust's inclusive approaches including having first-time trustee positions to widen diverse perspectives and being supportive and welcoming to those new voices. His contributions are always constructive and wise.

 

He steps down in December 2024 after an extended second term, and will be greatly missed by his fellow trustees and the staff team."
